Cougar Helicopters Inc. as a division of the VIH Aviation Group is expanding again. Our dynamic company with approximately 160 team oriented personnel is at work all over the globe in the Oil and Gas as well as Search and Rescue fields.

Job Details:
Our fleet of eight Sikorsky SK92A and five SK61N helicopters operate out of bases on the Canadian East Coast, North West Territories, Louisiana, Alaska and Australia. . We specialize in offshore IFR and Search and Rescue operations. As a result of a continuous requirement for dedicated professionals we are now accepting resumes for positions at the St. John’s base.

Qualifications for these positions are a Canadian Rotorcraft ATPL-H or alternatively a Canadian Rotorcraft Commercial license with the HAMRA and HARON examination successfully completed. A Group IV Instrument rating and a night rating are also a prerequisite. A foreign equivalent will be considered for candidates with relevant experience.

The specific requirements for the positions at this time are previous experience on large multi-crew helicopters with at least 3000 hours Pilot in command on rotorcraft, 1000 hours in medium/heavy rotorcraft category, 250 hours instrument flight time.
Relocation to St. John’s,
Newfoundland & Labrador will be required.

An equal time work schedule, competitive salaries and extensive benefits are part of the compensation package.
