CarpatAir First Officer

Department: Flight Operations
Reporting to: Fleet Chief and Flight Operations Director
Based in: Timisoara or any other Romanian city where Carpatair operates

Description:

Carpatair employs skilled and highly motivated pilots from all around the world for occupying pilot positions on Saab 2000 and Fokker 100 aircraft.

Role Tasks & Responsibilities:

Candidate should demonstrate a high level of flying skills, high availability for flying on many destinations, a long-term commitment attitude.

Requirements:
JAA CPL/IR ME, MC license holder
Frozen ATPL if applying for initial type rating
Valid first class medical certificate
Minimum of 400 hours total flying time
Proficiency in English (operational level 4)
Type rated on one of the aircraft type operated by Carpatair would be an advantage
150 flight hours (preferably on Saab 2000 or Fokker 100)

Selection process:

The selection process consists of:
A written test evaluation of general aviation knowledge
An English language proficiency evaluation
A comprehensive skills, aptitude oral test
A simulator evaluation

Full references will be required and carefully assessed.
Coordination of the interview will be done one week in advance.

We kindly ask candidates to bring with them all relevant personal documents (originals and photocopies).

Candidates will be announced of the outcome of the interview within 1 to 2 weeks following the interview.
